Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or joining a Riddler Go event, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Riddler Go is a platform for hosts to author and run interactive puzzle events and for participants to play them. We provide the platform "as is" and reserve the right to change features and pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not publish content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not use the service to send spam or malware.
• Follow the sign-in provider's terms as well (Google, Facebook, Clerk).

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the events, puzzles, and any content you upload. You grant Riddler Go a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service on your behalf.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riddler Go and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post any changes on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
